I would highly suggest changing the garbage accumulation to '0' for most buildings added in the Airports DLC in a future patch, or is there anything else that this bug can be fixed? The garbage situation gets worse overtime, and the garbage is unable to be collected. The garbage just sits there, and then it accumulates more overtime. I tried placing incinerators next to some buildings that are part of the airport (aviation fuel stations, small and large hangers, passenger terminals, cargo terminals (?), aircraft stands, etc.), but the garbage trucks don't even collect the garbage at all. Garbage is piling up and is not being collected by garbage trucks when I create a custom-made airport from the Airports DLC. Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
